Membership Rollup
In Order to Give Members the Opportunity of Maximize their potential in Avena’s Platinum Bonus Share Program, the system provides a very unique Membership Roll-Up Program.
How Does it Work?
Avena Originals has provided One 30-Day Grace Period for all Members to Renew their Annual Memberships. Members who fail to Renew their Annual Memberships after this 30-day Grace Period, will have their Membership changed to a ‘NON-MEMBER’ Status and will be no longer be entitled to purchase products at Members Prices, and forfeit any Available Rebates from their groups product purchases. If this same Membership is not renewed after an additional 90-day (3-month) period – Members holding positions within this group of this Expired Membership – advance up to the next active Avena Health Club Member.
This reorganization of each Member’s group will take place on the last day of each month, before Platinum and/or Diamond Member Qualification’ status is determined for the following month.
This process will always keep active Memberships in your 1st Level to maximize your potential of Avena’s Platinum Bonus Share Program. Genealogy print-outs are available to all Members on request for a fee of $5.00 - including postage - or available with Avena’s Back-Office Subscription, showing all the current Active Members and current NON-Members in your Health Club.
Renewing Memberships
All Expired Memberships remain in your Health Club and all history of purchases and Group Volume Rebates remain with these Memberships. If any Expired Membership wishes to renew after the 90-day Grace Period, but prior to the six-month expiration period, may do so; however must re-enter under the same original Referral Member—remembering that any previously personally-referred Members have been forfeited.
If any Membership has expired for a period of six (6) months, this Member may re-enter as a “New” Member, in a different Health Club as per Avena Originals Policies and Procedures.
