Annual Membership Renewals

Each year, on your anniversary date of your membership, Avena Originals will automatically renew your membership for you. Any member who does not wish to continue their membership with Avena Originals must submit a cancellation request in writing via email, fax, or letter within thirty days of their anniversary date.
