Requirements:

Must have an active membership and have purchased a minimum of $100.00 of Avena products in the previous month.

Have a minimum of two (2) members in your first level with either Gold, Platinum or Diamond memberships within the Current Month.

Benefits:

1. Receive 10% Rebate from your own purchases
2. Receive 9% Rebate from your 1st Level of Referred Members
3. Receive 9% Rebate from your 2nd Level of Referred Members
4. Receive 9% Rebate from your 3rd Level of Referred Members

Share in the balance (minimum of 10%) of the Rebates in the Platinum Bonus Share Program from your fourth level of Referred Members and beyond.

How to Advance:  

Automatic upgrade the following month to a Diamond Health Club Member by having a Minimum of Eleven (11) Gold, Platinum or Diamond Members in your first level.
